The podcast is UK focussed, but looks for guests from any area or background that have something interesting, helpful, challenging or inspiring to say on these issues.
We do this firstly to provide a platform for these important conversations and to spread potentially useful information as widely as possible. In this sense, it's about Doing Good Through Food out in the world.
The other part of the equation is empowering people working in catering. By talking to leaders and people at the top of their game in different areas about how they got to where they are today and the challenges they overcame on the way we hope to provide a blueprint for those just starting out. So, it is also about Doing Good Through Food for those who deliver it.
